Sean, what made you decide to join the John Maxwell Team?
John Maxwell has had a tremendous impact on my life over the years and when I was invited to be a part of his team it was a no brainer. I knew the faculty would be world class and John’s proven leadership materials would allow me to influence thousands of lives.
How did it benefit you?
I’ve grown so much and my business has benefitted greatly from my association with the JMT and John Maxwell. My current clients were so excited to hear that I could add John Maxwell learning systems to their training programs and being JMT certified has definitely opened doors and created conversations.
Being a member of the JMT is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did I receive everything and more that they promise in this amazing program, I have made lifelong friends. The JMT is not just a team but it truly is a family. One big supportive, loving family. I’ve personally never seen a culture that creates and nurtures a growth mindset like the JMT!
Would you recommend this program to others?
One thing we talk a lot about in the JMT is the two most important days in a person’s life. The day they were born and the day they discover why. He is married with an amazing wife and four terrific kids. He loves horses and basketball. He is a native Oklahoman but began his speaking career in Los Angeles in 1998. He spoke primarily in faith based settings until 2002 when he was hired as the Leadership Trainer for Lead America. He has continued to work in the Leadership and Motivational fields and loves what he does. He also enjoys coaching anyone that has to speak publicly from speakers, managers to direct sales teams.
