Mark Miller is the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Chick-fil-A. Since his time there, annual sales have grown more than $5 billion and the company now has more than 1,700 restaurants in 39 states and the District of Columbia. Over the years, he has also become passionate about speaking to leaders. He has traveled extensively around the world with the goal of encouraging and equipping leaders.
