Jannell MacAulay – Albuquerque, NM

Dr. Jannell MacAulay spent 20 years in the US Air force after graduating from the US Air Force Academy. She is a combat veteran with over 3000 flying hours and when she retired she held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force.

Additional education includes a master’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State and a PhD with work in the health field, human performance field and leadership.

Dr. MacAulay is a leadership and performance specialist and consultant. Dr. MacAulay has spent years specializing in improving performance of individuals in high stress companies in the private sector and the military through focus on nutrition, fitness, mental, physical, relationships and values. Most of her early work was with Veterans and Military Families.  Her passion for wellness and stress-free living has found a ready audience among the military and their families. She is also a TEDx speaker.

Dr. MacAuley is the founder of a 501c3 organization, Healthy Body, Healthy Life. This organization with the help of military spouses provides holistic outreach, partnership and resources to military families and veterans. Because of her dedication as a health and human performance specialist and her innovative mindfulness training, her squadron was recognized as Airfield Operations Complex of the year for 2016 and the Air Mobility Command Operations Support Squadron of the year 2016.

With her background as a certified wellness educator, yoga instructor, mindfulness researcher and plant nutritionist she now serves as a consultant for the US Air Force, The Department of Justice and several American Companies.

Dr. Jannell MacAulay is married to Chris, a fellow USAFA graduate and they have two children.
