Tracy Schmitt – Toronto, Ontario

Tracy Schmitt, also known as Unstoppable Tracy, is a highly acclaimed, international motivational speaker. She is also the author of the book “The Unstoppable You”. Tracy was born a 4-way amputee, yet she has never let this become a limitation in her life. Her accomplishments echo her message to all, that success depends upon perseverance.and that it is imperative to get out of our limitation zone so that we can soar.

Tracy is a highly decorated athlete winning numerous championships in sailing regattas across North America. She has climbed mountains in Nepal, captained 110- foot tall ships in the Eastern Atlantic and won a bronze medal in para-alpine skiing.

She is the winner of the 2017 Robert W. Jackson Award [Founder of the Canadian Paralympics], 2017 Ontario Premier Awards, 2017 C-SASIL Lifetime Achievement Award and 2018 Women of Essence Global Award Nominee. She has been nominated for awards for her humanitarian work in under developed countries.

Tracy is also a successful businesswoman and TV show host.  She is an accomplished speaker who brings humor into her talks, captivating audiences in a way that brings laughter with the tears, in 26 countries. Her mantra “If I Can Do It, You Can Do It! What’s Your Excuse” resonates with audiences everywhere. She also uses her skills in the corporate sector as an Organizational Consultant through her business, Smart Move Training.

She earned her honors degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies, a Bachelor of Education with an Integrated Arts specialty and her MBA in Organizational Development from Rotman School of Business at University of Toronto.
