Setting the Foundation for Success

Bob and Nancy Kittridge are a husband-and-wife coaching team, both of whom have been members of the John Maxwell Team since 2011.

Their true passion, and the path that their JMT experience has led them on, is in getting back to basics by helping build a foundation for other people’s success.

They started out coaching firefighters, both in leadership and in skills, and quickly discovered the importance of setting a strong foundation in order to make these people successful in an incredibly important line of work.

As they grew within the JMT, Bob and Nancy started to lead a 90-Day Success Roadmap group to help new members set their own foundation for success.  They were able to help new members navigate the material and determine the right path for them.

These all lead back to the value of the JMT-DNA that they hold most dear: Being there for other people.

Just as Nancy and Bob have been there for others, the JMT has done the same for them to set them up for success.  The program has helped them continually gain new levels of confidence and the ability to connect with others more strongly than before.

Even when faced with setbacks, the John Maxwell Team has been a great way for them to get back to basics and find a way to succeed.

After their first certification event in 2011, Bob and Nancy were confident enough to step into a local restaurant to propose a program to the owner.  They were surprised, however, to find he wasn’t interested. Instead of giving up and stepping away, they were able to get on a call with Paul Martinelli to get a foundational process put in place to be able to really connect with this restaurant owner.

Sure enough, after getting back to basics, they secured a Mastermind Group and coaching contract that covered their enrollment fee for the Team.

With the John Maxwell Team having been there for them, Bob and Nancy prioritize being there for the Team in return and being there for others to help them set the foundation for success on any path they may choose.
