Janet Thomas – Honolulu, Hawaii

CSM Janet Thomas is a combat veteran that has served over 25 years in the United States Army as a Senior Financial Management Specialist as well as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She has performed superbly throughout her career serving at all levels of leadership from a squad leader leading six Soldiers to a CSM leading over seven hundred Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Warrant Officers and Soldiers. She never shies away from the tough jobs and has been hand selected on several occasions to serve as a Drill Sergeant and above her pay grade due to her leadership abilities and technical expertise. Her leadership presence and motivational influence at her Battalion led to her selection to serve as a Brigade level CSM the only one in her career field.
