Es realmente posible para mí tener mi propia empresa?

Hace algunos años esta pregunta rondaba en mi cabeza en forma insistente, hasta que me di cuenta que no era la pregunta correcta. En ese entonces trabajaba para una buena empresa, pero en mi corazón existía la ilusión de algún día tener algo que fuera mío.

Pasé varios años de dudando de mi propia capacidad y de dejando que el miedo a lo desconocido fuera más fuerte que mi pasión, pidiendo consejo a personas bien intencionadas que coincidían que era demasiado arriesgado iniciar una empresa, y viendo a otros lanzarse a la aventura de iniciar su propia empresa y triunfar en sus esfuerzos. Entonces me di cuenta que la pregunta correcta que debía hacerme era ¿Qué tanto lo quiero?

Cuando pude contestar esta segunda pregunta, el mundo comenzó a cambiar para mí.
El día de hoy, como dueña de mí propia empresa, le puedo decir con toda seguridad: Sí, es posible para usted tener su propia empresa.

Ahora es su turno, la pregunta que debe contestar con toda honestidad y desde el fondo de su corazón es: ¿Qué tanto quiero lograrlo?
A fin de cuentas es usted y solo usted quien decide si será empresaria o no. Y todo depende de qué tanto lo desee y de qué precio está dispuesto a pagar.

No confunda la pregunta con el proceso. El no saber cómo hacer algo no es excusa para dejar de hacerlo. Sino pregúnteles a los hermanos Wright, quienes pusieron a la humanidad en el aire a pesar de que no tenían idea de cómo volar.

No confunda la pregunta con la falta de recursos de recursos. El no tener dinero no es una excusa para no iniciar su empresa. Sino pregúntele a uno de los tantos multimillonarios que empezaron sin un centavo.

No confunda la pregunta con sus paradigmas. El sentido común y el mundo le dirá que es imposible, pero solo lanzándose a desafiar todo lo que sabe se dará cuenta de lo que es posible.

Al final de cuentas, el tener su propia empresa comienza con una decisión. La suya de hacerlo. Cuando usted tome esta decisión sé que encontrará sus respuestas, encontrará los recursos, encontrará las personas, en fin, encontrará lo que necesita para hacer realidad lo que quiere lograr.

is it really possible for me to have my own business?
Some years ago this question was around in my head insistently, until I realized it was not the right question. Back then I used to work for a fine company, but in my heart there was the dream of having my own company.

I spent several years doubting my own ability and allowing fear to be stronger than my passion, asking advice from well-intentioned people who agreed that it was too risky to start a business, and watching others embark on the adventure of their own business and succeed in their efforts.

Then I realized that the correct question was: How much do I want it?
When I answered this second question, the world began to change for me.

Today, as the owner of my own company, I can safely say: Yes, it is possible for you to have your own business.
Now it’s your turn to answer the question honestly and from the bottom of his heart: How much do you want it?
After all it is you and only you who has to decide to have a business or not. And it all depends on how much you want it and what price you are willing to pay.

Do not confuse the question with the process. Not knowing how to do something is not an excuse to quit. You can ask the Wright brothers, who put people in the air even though they had no idea how to fly.

Do not confuse the question with a lack of resources. Not having money is no excuse for not starting your business. Go ask one of the many billionaires who started penniless.

Do not confuse the question with your paradigms. Common sense and the world will tell you it’s impossible, but only challenging everything you know you will realize what is possible.

After all, having your own business starts with a decision: I will. When you make this decision you will find your answers, you will find the resources, you will find the people, in short, you will find what you need in order to accomplish what you want.
