Barbara Taffin Executive Assistant
Barbara started her career with the John Maxwell Team in May 2014. She has extensive knowledge in accounting and customer service. This matched with her passion for learning is a perfect fit for her role as Executive Assistant to Director of Sales & Marketing. Barbara graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business management and recently graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a master’s degree in business administration. Barbara lives in Jupiter, FL with her pets, Abby and Amy.
Cindy Ratliff
Cindy Ratliff Accounting Specialist
Cindy joined the John Maxwell Team in September, 2015. She has a strong passion for accuracy and efficiency, especially when it comes to databases. She has worked in a variety of administrative positions including bookkeeper, data entry specialist, and administrative assistant. She enjoys spending time with her husband Craig, who’s a minister, and her five-year-old son, William

Suzanne Kaphon Accounting & Data Specialist
Originally from New Jersey, Suzanne now enjoys the beauty of West Palm Beach, Florida. Suzanne brings a diverse professional background to her administrative role at The John Maxwell Team. She served nearly ten years at the Consumer Credit Counseling Service as the executive assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors, and she was an entrepreneur having owned two small businesses in Florida. She is excited to be part of this exceptional staff assisting Cheryl and working with accounts receivables. Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and do-it-yourself projects.

Kim Goss Sales/Marketing/Admin Assistant
Kim started her career in 1985 at a retail store for a family-owned company, Webster’s Sport Centers Inc., where she focused on sales, buying and managing, specializing in assisting schools, cities, and travel teams. After merging with the biggest sporting goods company in the United States, BSN Sports, Kim’s duties expanded to customer service and managing the main warehouse. In November 2012, Kim wanted to start a new career and joined the staff of The John Maxwell Team. Kim’s passions include taking care of her daughter, Danielle, and reading.

Milena Groueva Software Engineer
Milena Groueva graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree. She joined Jupiter Techs in May 2014 and is excited to bring her knowledge to the Team and help The John Maxwell Team move to a whole new level in technology. Milena enjoys reading, getting together with friends, and practicing martial arts in her free time.

Bianka Hussey-Hain Asst. Operations Manager
Bianka joined The John Maxwell Team in April 2013 as Cheryl Fisher’s assistant. Bianka holds a degree in Hotel Management and has worked for a large corporation as the International Operations Manager. She opened, managed, and served as a trainer at several customer care centers and warehouses in Europe. She enjoyed being responsible for the event management throughout Europe. Being raised in East Germany, Bianka considers Florida paradise. She enjoys traveling and the great outdoors with her husband and two sons.
Pete Glocker Web Developer
Pete Glocker is a native of Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. Pete brings extensive experience in information technology, software development, website coding, and more. Pete is excited to join the John Maxwell Team IT department. In addition to assisting the department with technical support, his responsibilities include coding and modifying websites, and maintaining, managing and supporting existing systems. In his free time, Pete enjoys attending concerts, the Miami Dolphins and skateboarding
Holly Tarr
Holly Tarr Executive Assistant to Paul Martinelli
Holly joins the team in the important role as Paul Martinelli’s Executive Assistant with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and business. Holly graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada, with an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies. Through business ventures of her own, she has developed a keen awareness of the importance of organization and administration to keep business running smoothly, and she is pleased and honored to be able to contribute her knowledge and skills to The John Maxwell Team. In her personal time, Holly loves reading personal development books, and spending time with her husband and five-month-old son.
Kay Salerno
Kay Salerno President, YoungSocial
As an avid student of personal growth and development, Kay discovered John Maxwell and his leadership lessons at a young age and pored over his work. As a result of her new-found mentor, Kay shared John’s wisdom with her family members, who quickly joined the Team in 2012. Using the knowledge they had from building a restaurant franchise company from the ground up, the mother-daughter trio launched a marketing agency called YoungSocial to bring their successful methods to the industry that held their hearts: personal growth and development. Today, YoungSocial is an established team of 11 which serves The John Maxwell Team both in marketing and at the International Maxwell Certification events with a passion that comes from loving your work.
Veronica Bucca
Veronica Bucca Director of Member Services – Espanol
Veronica A. Bucca was born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina. Veronica graduated from Keiser University in Florida, in 2004 with a Business Administration Degree, and in March 2014 graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies. Veronica lives in West Palm Beach with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Veronica loves to travel, practicing tennis and seeking adventures in the outdoors. She is thrilled to be joining the JMT and looks forward to further preparing herself for future professional opportunities.
Jared Allen
Jared Allen Videographer
Jared’s career started before he graduated from the Los Angeles Film School when he wrote, directed, and produced a short spot for “The Jay Leno Show.” He appeared as a guest on the show in 2009, as the winner of Jay’s “Student Film Festival & Critical Review.” His work was critiqued by the famous reviewer and columnist, Richard Roeper who referred to the project as a “crowd favorite.” Jared gained years of experience working as the Creative-Production Coordinator/Associate Producer at Intermedia Advertising. While at Intermedia, he coordinated commercial production shoots in California and New York for companies such as New Vitality, BuyRightVisa, Rosland Capital, and many more. He also spent two years working for feature film producer, Gina Mingacci, who has produced multiple big budget and independent films such as Austenland, The Prime Gig, Buddy Boy, and many more. Jared met Paul Martinelli in 2009 and joined The John Maxwell Team in 2013.
Christian DelRosario
Christian Del Rosario Photographer
Christian’s passion for photography was developed as an avocation from his high pressure job as a project manager in the corporate world in Los Angeles. In 2008, this weekend-defined hobby turned into a full-time career when he realized that one’s work should be his passion. He committed his full attention and time in developing his photography skills and business, and as a result has been growing both professionally and personally ever since.

In 2012, Christian began working with The John Maxwell Team and has since photographed most of the training events. Every year, he travels with Paul Martinelli to cover events in Belgium and the JMT in Romania. The JMT has been an important part of Christian’s development and has provided him countless opportunities to support JMT members with their photographic needs. In addition to JMT, Christian also serves as a photographer for the United Nations World Tourism Organization and tourism boards of several countries all around the world.
